Professional volunteers for capacity building in various fields are always welcome. We can connect you to a local organisation, providing you mail us your CV and references. For continuity we only connect people who are prepared to come for a couple of months and who are willing to prepare themselves, learn basic Bahasa Indonesia and inform themselves thoroughly about Flores culture before they come. You would need to cover your own expenses for travel and accommodation. We are not involved in further mediation, we just connect you and then it is up to you to communicate with the local organisation.
